Goals & Resolutions List (1-14-11)

1. Change the World We Live In….
2. Spend More Time with My Children
3. 10,000 Reps of something every month (January – 10,000 Push Up, etc.)

1) Finish loosing 80 pounds (I am half way, 40 lost to date)
2) Get in shape for the first time in my 51 years
3) Train like a fighter with courage
4) Be the friend I would like to have

1. Strength train three times a week
2. One good deed at least once a week
3. Organize my finances

1. Volunteer
2. Finish my degree
3. Work out at least 4 times a week
4. Smile more frequently
5. Read more
6. Go to Church more frequently
