Goals & Resolutions List (2-2-11)

Hey Gang, Keep them coming everyone!!!

Our 30 day goal is to establish an exercise program that includes cardio, strength training and skills training. 
—–
Buy another house in the next 30-60 days.
—–
Lose 8 pounds in 30 days, 20 pounds in 2 months, 40 pounds in 4 months and 60 pounds by August 12th.
—–
Lose 5 pounds in 30 days, 10 pounds in 60 days and 18 pounds in 90 days to be my ideal weight of 132 pounds.
—–
Another short term goal is to attend Guru Ron Balicki’s Seminar in February. 
—–
Get back on track to further our path in Martial Arts.

10,000 Leg Presses
—–
Run 6 miles without stopping in under 45 minutes
—–
Complete advanced workout in “Ultimate Flexibility” by Sang H. Kim
—–
Lose 30 lbs. and get to about 145 lbs. (ideal body weight for my size)
—–
Strength: upper body lift body weight, lower body lift double body weight
—–
Endurance: 100 push ups, 20 pull ups, 500 sit ups
—–
Attend 4 to 5 classes, minimum, each week
—–
Start sparring several times weekly by the end of the year

Learn all the basic techniques of Jun Fan/JKD, Muay Thai, Submission Grappling, and Kali-Silat by studying home instructional DVDs as well as going to class and to build the habit of serious daily practice both in class and on my own (though my home training regimen is yet to be determined)

Study “The 33 Strategies of War” by Robert Greene and find ways to apply each of the concepts to my fight game and martial art practice

One of my many goals is to further my understanding of reality and my relation to it.

1. Treat loved ones and family with respect
2. Pay attention to people talking

The word of the month “vision” is by far my favorite one!

Floss everyday. My Dad told me that his dentist said that, “You don’t have to floss every tooth everyday, just the one’s you want to keep.” So far so good, haven’t missed a day yet.

Get my glass shop back up and running. Cleaning the garage is only the first step. Cutting a hole in the wall is the next.

Play my guitar more.

3. 10,000 Reps of something every month (January – 10,000 Push Up, etc.)

1) Finish loosing 80 pounds (I am half way, 40 lost to date)
