“After just 45 minutes in MMA Conditioning…”

” After just 45 minutes in MMA Conditioning class with Guro Larry I was breathing harder and sweating more then when I did running the Capital 10k!  That says a lot because running 6 miles is no walk in the park.  I had to work hard to get through the last 2 miles, but at the end compared to MMA Conditioning it looked like I had simply taken a short walk around the block. There is nothing like it for working up a good sweat and punching out a rough days aggression! Love it 🙂 “
