I started kickboxing at Martial Way in my early 20’s, then had to stop for a while when I was starting my career. I came back 8 years later and was welcomed with smiles and hugs. I loved it when I was 22 and I still love it at 32; It’s a great workout at any age. The instructors are fun, cool people whom I consider friends and they challenge me to do my personal best every class. The well-crafted lesson plans and motivation of working with the enthusiastic instructors and peers make this one of the most effective workouts I have ever done. My favorite thing about training at Martial Way is how it makes me feel: Strong!
