745am – wake up

8am – three cups of water / Advocare – Restore Probiotics

815am – Advocare – Metabolic Nutrition System (MNS) E / Muscle Strength x2 / O2 Enhancer x1

830am – Breakfast – Veggie Sausage / Veggies in Egg Scramble + one cup of water

9am – Advocare – Core Plex & Omega Plex from MNS E + two cups of water

11am – MNS E 2nd pack + three cups of water

1130am – Salad w/ all Veggies and Fruits + one cup of water

1230pm – Zinc / D3 / E / DHEA + one cup of water

215pm – Advocare Muscle Gain Shake w/ Coconut Juice

245pm – Protein Pancake / Peanut Butter / Agave Nectar / Banana

4pm – Advocare – Muscle Strength x3 / O2 Enhancer x2 + two cups of water

430pm – Advocare – Drink Spark + Argenine Power + Mass Impact (my cocktail before classes)

530pm – start teaching Kickboxing MMA Class

get some striking reps in an most of the condition reps with Brion as my partner

630pm – home made oatmeal w/ agave nectar, nuts, fresh fruit… mmmm

teach 630pm – MMA (adv) class

730pm – teach Kickboxing MMA Class

get some great reps with the heavy bag ground & pound bag

polish most of water bottle through the classes

9pm – Storm Team Meeting at CoCo’s

drink some almond milk tea w/ pearl

two cups of water

3/4 of water bottle

10pm – try Ashlee’s awesome strawberry guacamole… very awesome!!!

12am – D3 (1000 IU) x 4

1am – bed
