830am – wake up

9am – two cups of water / Advocare – Restore Probiotics

915am – Advocare – Metabolic Nutrition System (MNS)

930am – Breakfast – Advocare Muscle Gain Shake w/ Coconut Juice, strawberries, banana, peanut butter, agave nectar

10am – two glasses of water

1230pm – apple & peanut butter

130pm – glass water

230pm – Advocare – Drink Spark + Argenine Power + Mass Impact (my cocktail before classes)

300pm – Advocare – catalyst x3 / MNS E 2nd pack + cups of water

330pm – wheat pasta w/ veggies, garlic and lite parm cheese

345pm – Advocare – joint promotion x3 / D3 (2000 IU) x 5

4pm – teach private lesson w/  mother earth drills and stick work

5pm – glass of water

530pm – teach Tigers Kids class

6pm – teach MMA (adv) class

work in kali bag drills

7pm – teach Kickboxing / MMA class

work out with conditioning / get reps on pads and bag

lack of food and missing my 630pm dinner time made me weak though

8pm – teach MMA (adv) class

home made oatmeal w/ agave nectar, nuts, fresh fruit

glass of water

10pm – Advocare Muscle Gain Shake w/ Coconut Juice, strawberries, banana, agave nectar

1045pm – Zinc / E / DHEA + one cup of water

11pm – Advocare – joint promotion x2 / two cups of water

1215am – bed time – Advocare – night time recovery x3 / muscle strength x2 / catalyst x2
