9am – Breakfast – Eggs with tons of veggies

11am – one cup of water / D3 (2000 IU) x 5 / Zinc / E

1130am – Advocare – Spark

12pm – veggie & fruit salad w/ nuts

one glass of water

1pm – one glass of water

2pm – one glass of water

3pm – power nap

330pm – Advocare – muscle strength x3 / O2 Enhancer x2

345pm – Advocare – catalyst x3 / MNS E 2nd pack + cups of water

4pm – home made oatmeal w/ agave nectar, nuts, fresh fruit

430pm – BBC w/ Mr. Marcos

5pm – Advocare – Drink Spark + Argenine Power + Mass Impact (my cocktail before classes)

teach Tigers Kids class

530pm – teach Kickboxing / MMA class

work out with conditioning / get reps on pads and bag

630pm – teach end of MMA (adv) class

730pm – teach Kickboxing / MMA class

work out with conditioning / get reps on ground and pound bags

930pm – don julio 1942 neat

10pm – ahí tuna burger w/ fries + shrimp quesadilla

12pm – bed time
