9am – Advocare Muscle Gain Shake w/ Coconut Juice, blue berries, banana, peanut butter, agave nectar

915am – Advocare – coreplex vitamins

945am – glass of water

1030am – glass of water

11am – Advocare – spark

12pm – home made oatmeal w/ agave nectar, nuts, fresh fruit

one glass of water

1pm – Advocare – catalyst x2

2pm – one cup of water

245pm – Advocare – Metabolic Nutrition System E (MNS) / Muscle Strength x2

3pm – salad w/ vegggies, fruit, nuts

330pm – Advocare – joint promotion x2 / one cup of water / D3 (2000 IU) x 5 / Zinc / E

4pm – glass of water

415pm teach three private lessons

530pm – Tigers Class

6pm – teach MMA (adv)

one cup of water

830pm – home made tuna fish w/ sweat pickles, apple and miracle whip on wheat crackers

9pm – Advocare – Omega Plex / cut of water

945pm – one cup of water / D3 (2000 IU) x 5 / Zinc / E

10pm – cup of water / Ron Zacapa 23 solera to sip on (need to settle down and get to bed early!!!

11pm – bed!!!
