1130am – Advocare – Muscle Strength x3 / O2 Enhancer x2

Drink Spark + Argenine Power + Mass Impact

12pm – wheat pasta w/ tons of veggies & a little parmesan

1230pm – glass of water

130pm – glass of water

230pm – glass of water

3pm – trail mix and granola

330pm – glass of water

4pm – Advocare – spark

530pm – Advocare – catalyst
