3pm – home made oatmeal w/ agave nectar, nuts, fresh fruit

330pm – Advocare – joint promotion x3 / D3 (2000 IU) x 2 / Zinc / E / Calcium

430pm – Advocare – Muscle Strength x3 / O2 Enhancer x2

5pm – Advocare – Drink Spark + Argenine Power + Mass Impact

8pm – protein pancake

930pm – granola bar
