lLast month we have been talking about a 30 Day Challenge. A challenge to essentially bring you back to life. The original idea I first saw on Ted Talk (Ted.com) Have you to challenge yourself every day or you just are not living. So the idea I had was to not only try something different every day; but to also challenge myself to be physically active every day. We have even made it something for our parents to do with our Kids Youth Program. Take a picture every day of them doing something active. Not just Martial Arts Training but other activities. Of course it might be small like 10 push ups today. But when you add up all those little activities across 30 days… you will have a big change. The big message is to do something different every day. To try something new. To push yourself. When you overcome a challenge or obstacle you grow. You become stronger and more confident. Take the first step and challenge yourself to do some thing right this second. Then schedule something for tomorrow and the next day and the next day. Keep adding them up and see where you will be at the end of 30 days. Maybe you will create a new habit; or even get rid of a bad habit? With this idea and 30 days, anything is possible. Enjoy!!!
